SCPプロトコルの廃止は以前から課題になっていた一方で、scpコマンドをやめてsftpコマンドでいつもコピーするというのは少し面倒だった。
このプルリクエストはscpコマンドがホストの様子を見て、SFTPプロトコルが使えるときにはそちらを使い、使えないときにはSCPプロトコルにフォールバックするようにするもの。
