Ryzenの設定、電圧下げてもPBOとかの温度上限などを適切に設定しておかないと、PBOによってぶん回されるらしい？ので、先に設定するのはそっちというのを今知った。（5800X3DはPBOが封じられてるので電圧弄るぐらいしかやることがなかったが）
