systemctl.cのhalt_now()ではsync()を呼んでいてhalt_now()はhalt_main()から呼ばれててたぶん/sbin/rebootとかのソースコードはsystemctl.cなのでsudo rebootでもsync()は呼んでくれてて、さっき見つけたreboot.cは使われてない感じなのかもわね
